No, we are a group of enthusiastic programmers who made this app because we love the game.
How to create a shared public layer?
Open the layers menu and press the "plus" button. In the layer creation form, choose a name and set the visibility to public. Finally press the "create" button. If you want to share this layer with a friend, you need the layer ID. To get it, go to the layers menu and hit the link button to copy to your clipboard or hit the edit button where you can find the code.
How can I add a previously created shared layer?
First of all, you need the ID of the layer you want to add. If you don't have it, ask your friend for the layer ID. Once you get it, open the layers menu and hit the "plus" button. In the layer creation form, type "#" and then the layer ID. Then press the "create" button.
If I create a public layer, am I the owner?
No, public layers do not have an owner, anyone who has the code (ID) of the layer can modify it. That is why you should only share the code with people you trust.
How long do my layers stay on the server?
The layers remain on our servers for up to 30 days of inactivity. Then they disappear.
What happens if i remove a public layer
Public layers will only be automatically removed due to inactivity. By removing the layer you will be removing it only from your device. If you have the code of the layer you can link it again.
How many layers / markers can I create?
Free users can create up to 2 layers. For premium users there is no limit. For markers there is no limit. To prevent spam, we limit the layer creation timeout to 60 seconds and the markers creation timeout to 5 seconds.
